Our custom uniform factory follows a “prevention first, inspection second” quality control system to ensure every product meets both customer requirements and international standards. QC process is divided into four main stages:
- Pre-production – Fabric Inspection: Check color fastness, shrinkage, strength, and other fabric properties before production begins.
- In-production – Online Quality Checks: Throughout the manufacturing process, we inspect cutting, sewing, printing, and embroidery to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Finished Product Inspection: Our professional QC team conducts 100% or AQL sampling of finished uniforms to verify they meet your specifications.
- Pre-shipment Inspection: Before loading into containers, we may perform random checks to ensure the products match the final inspection status, and provide a comprehensive inspection report.
For example, for an order of one 40HQ container, it typically can be produced within around 7 days.
If the order involves custom-dyed fabrics, the production lead time is usually longer, generally 20–25 days.
We carefully plan production based on order quantity and customization requirements to optimize efficiency and ensure on-time delivery.
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom uniforms is typically 500–1,000 pieces per style and color.

Of course—seeing is believing! We recommend that clients request uniform samples to inspect the fabric, stitching, and overall craftsmanship. Usually, only the shipping cost applies. For highly customized uniforms, a small sample production fee may be charged.
