Every uniform order begins with an approved pre-production sample that serves as the benchmark for bulk manufacturing. Our 6-person QC team carries out regular in-line inspections to identify potential issues before they spread across the production run. Garment measurements are sampled across each size to verify consistency, while embroidery, printing, stitching, and finishing are continuously reviewed during production. Before shipment, every batch is inspected according to AQL standards to verify that the finished garments meet customer specifications.
